Mediterranean Calzone

Procedures:
Put olive oil in a small squeeze bottle. Package all the remaining ingredients, except the pita, in a plastic bag. When ready to eat, open the pita to form a pocket. Slice or "string" the mozzarella cheese. Layer cheese and pepperoni in pita. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and herbs over top and squirt with oil.
